Arting Around | Creative Workshops for Older Adults

The (older) wiser folks of Hedland are invited to free, weekly creative workshops!
Facilitated by the fabulous Mel, and hosted by the South Hedland Library, each week you'll get creative in a safe and welcoming space. Arting Around is about connection, creativity and getting out of the house.
Arting Around has many benefits, including:
+ reducing stress and anxiety through the creative process
+ improving cognitive stimulation by engaging the brain through arts and crafts
+ enhancing self-esteem
+ reducing isolation through social connection
